Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@thejellyfel.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item.
Shipping Returns:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Processing Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds:

- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges
