As part of our ongoing sustainability efforts, we ship all orders from the manufacturing hub where our products are made, helping us reduce our carbon footprint by avoiding unnecessary air miles. Though international orders may take a bit longer to arrive, your support contributes to our commitment to a greener future. Thank you for being part of our mission!

All orders placed on thejellyfel.com are subject to a 1-3 business day processing window prior to shipment. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time for all orders, regardless of your location, will be approximately 7-15 business days.

  • Please note, certain destinations may experience longer delivery times exceeding 15 business days due to customs procedures.
  • Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary slightly depending on factors such as customs processing for international orders.

Shipping Disclaimers:

  1. Changes to your order: Once your order is shipped, we cannot modify it. This means, we cannot change the delivery address, shipping method or items) within the order.
  2. Verify_your shipping address: Please make sure to verify your shipping address before completing the checkout to ensure a smooth delivery. We cannot replace or refund orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  3. Lost, stolen or missing packages: Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen or missing, we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier.
  4. Refunds: We do not issue refunds to orders that are scanned "Delivered". If your tracking is showing your package was delivered but you have not received it, we suggest contacting your local post office and opening a claim.
  5. Tracking numbers: Tracking numbers can be found within your shipping confirmation email which is sent to the email address used to place the order. Tracking numbers may take up to 72 hours to validate.
  6. Return shipping cost: In the event you need to make a return, we do not cover return shipping costs. We will however issue a return label that will be deducted from your refund.

Return to Sender Policy:

In the event that a package is marked as "return to sender" due to reasons such as an incorrect address, recipient absence, or any fault on the buyer's part, we will initiate an email reminder to the provided contact information. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure accurate shipping details at the time of purchase.

Important Note Regarding Returned Packages for International Orders:

If a package is returned to the sender, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide redelivery services. All returned packages are directed to a sorting center for disposal due to the complexities involved in international shipping processes.
